A lot of our merchandise is printed on demand by DTG-print, hence the delivery time can be longer (up to two weeks). Be patient, please!

Please note that we cannot replace vinyl for the following reasons, as the pressing plants do not recognize these as cause for complaint:
- Radial run-out that doesn't clearly affect the playability or sound of the LP
- Lateral run-out that does not clearly affect the playability or the sound of the LP
- Slight crackling (especially on colored vinyl)
- Slight bumps on the corners and/or slight creases on the cover
- Seam splits on the inner sleeve
- Damage to the outer protection sleeve
